Can I import from China if I am a small business or entrepreneur in Chile?
Yes, and it's one of our most common profiles. You don't need to be a large company to import successfully. We guide you step by step: from defining the initial volume (even small orders!) to managing the first container. Many of our clients started with their first order of 200–500 units and now import regularly.
How do they prevent me from receiving low-quality products from Asia?
We never leave quality to chance. Before shipment, our inspectors in China conduct a factory audit: they check materials, dimensions, colors, packaging, and functionality (depending on the product). Only if everything meets the agreed standards do we authorize the shipment. If there are any issues, we work with you and the supplier to correct them before the goods leave Asia.
Can they help me with the customs documentation in my country?
Yes. Although we are not customs brokers, we prepare all the commercial documentation you need: proforma invoice, packing list, certificates of origin and, if applicable, compliance with sanitary or technical standards. Additionally, we connect you with reliable customs brokers in Chile, Colombia, Peru or Mexico, depending on your location.
How much does it cost to start importing with you?
We offer an exploratory session for USD $90, where we analyze your case and viability without commitment. If you decide to proceed, we work with an initial fee (USD $490 for basic importation or USD $790 for complete importation) plus a 4% or 3.5% fee on the FOB value of your importation. Investing in a well-planned strategy avoids much larger losses from regulatory errors, fake contacts, or rejected shipments at customs.
